You don't need to use the mouse, you can press the W on the keyboard and then left ctrl+1 for 1 and left ctrl+2 for 2 etc.
You can also map to buttons on your controller

Utilize that most buttons has two functions, on and off.
Add button press - here JOY_BTN21 - to F10, and button release - here JOY_BTN21_OFF - to F1
So map opens when button is held, and goes to cockpit view on release

You didn't open the main fuel cock "Coupe Feu". It's still placed in front of the throttle like in the F1CE.
