I seem to recall a game called Gunship from over 30 years ago. Just sayin'... :P Okay, smartalekry aside perhaps DCS is going for more detail than Sid Meier and company were in the 80s.

All righty, I would delete this but you can't on most boards... I think I resolved the issue, I just had to wait a couple of minutes.

I've never been able to get DCS to work. I really like the idea of it, and am finally posting here to try to resolve it. If the game is as cool as it looks, I'll definitely be paying for content. The program opens to the title screen, where I can select Instant Action, and then Free Flight at Mineralnye Vody. It then tried to load, and the progress bar will make its way about 40% across; I'll see a picture of a Su-25T. Then it hangs, and goes into a status of not responding. I've attached the logs files; please let me know if you need any other information. Thanks! (did both files attach? I'm seeing only DxDiang.txt.) DxDiag.txt
