Hello everyone, I am completely new in the A-10 so don't shoot me for asking stupid questions. After installing and activating, I fired up the training mission to start the A-10. Following the instructions one by one, I can get to the pont where the engines are running. However, when I continue that training the both MFCD's remain dark. So, I guess I missed some important button or switch but after following the tutorial 7 times, I can't figure out what I am missing. (Ot does the tutotial misses something...?) all help appreciated Luc 'badger' Brusselmans Belgium

Well, I would love to reinstall but I am mighty afraid to go that way. In the past, the re-install path has cost me 4 or 5 'installs' so now I am down to 4 and I am not sure I want to risk loosing another one or two. Whatever there is written about the reinstall procedure. It is certainly not clear to me (but of course my english is not my first language). I wonder about the DirectX9 suggestion. Last week I installed the latest videodriver for my Nvidia GTX480 so I dare to assume that nothing is wrong with that. DxDIAG gave me no errors or problems. I am at a loss here. (time to throw in the towel again... this one has caused me nothing but trouble and I assume it's my doing but I can't figure out what) Thanks for the replies

Good evening, After been away from the sim for quite some time, I finally decided to give it another go. I installed the basic version, activated it, patched it to version 1.01c, and applied then the latest 1.02 patch. All works except for the sound inside the cockpit. I have looked around in the FAQ's, found there a link to FC2 and the sound settings but nothing helkps. Music is ok, Sound is ok when using the interfaces but no sound. I have also found that the keyboard shortcut for sound (LCTL + S) does nothing. (Isn't it supposed to disable the sound/music in the game) I am at a loss here thanks Luc Brusselmans Belgium

Well, I didn't expect any reply so I removed the simulation from my harddisk. I do want to say that there was no possible way to deactivate the software on my machine. I have tried all three (online) methods but I NEVER got a line where I could disable the licence. Now, for the benefit of the whole community, wouldn't it be nice that people who create software (and I do realise that bugs are not put there intentionally and that perfection is not of this world) also would try to create/write the manual in function of the actual software. Now it's clearly written with the idea of how the software more or less was going to look like. This leads to confusion and frustration. my 2 cents and I know they mean nothing whatsoever... Happy flying guys

Well, since there is no one that can shed a light on my problem, I have made my decision on this one. Last night I have uninstalled BS. Unfortunate for me and the money that I paid but at least I don't have to worry anymore about adding memory or changing my graphical adaptor. A lesson learned I guess. hello everybody, I have installed BS on a Vista 64bit platform and runs fine. I installed it once but now I have to move the simulation to another harddisk. After reading the manual I try to de-activate the program but with no luck. Instead I am using my activations at an alarming rate (started with nine out of ten I guess but now I am down to 5) I am following the manual to the letter but I still can't seem to de activate... In fact, I don't have a 'deactivation command' in the Start menu and when I run the 'protect.exe' file, I do not get the same screen as shown in the quick start manual.... Can you imagine how I feel...? All help appreciated Luc Brusselmans Belgium

evening everyone, I payed for and downloaded the English version of "Black Shark" It installed nicely but when I start the program, I am asked for a serial number. For some odd reason, I cannot find it. I received an email with the confirmation of my purchase, I find a trasaction ID on the website after logging in, but no serial number.
