The new beta 1155 version has better DCS support. I see it on discord (abb. on the beta channel). It is still basic, but it works now out of the box the 1143 version doesn't (don't forget to give your firewall permissions to the HF8 software. Flaps, g-force, speed/airbrake, landing gear, gun fire, stall and ejection effects are supported.

good news. The latest beta version 1143 has basic DCS support for flaps, g-force, speed air break,landing gear, gun fire, stall and ejection. SimShaker has extra Engine and ground effects but native support is always a good thing.
