My 2 cents ...
I have several virpil controls and accessories. Quality is top notch and never had a problem with them, software and configuration options give me everything I need.
But, they really need to improve their logistics and production schedule, there's lot of room for such improvements and commitment to fulfill delivery dates. Still, I think they are quite transparent in their communications and they don't claim to be on time if they are not.
All in all I would take them before any other option generally. Once you get their stuff (although it will take possibly longer than you expected) you will repeat.
