  1. Did you disconnect the controller from the computer and then reconnect it. I had an issue where CCP would not see the Cougar and would not function. Or parts would be visible and not the microstick. So unplug it and then plug it back in to see if it recognizes everything. Derek
  2. I am using my Cougar throttle with my Warthog stick. I have the throttle connected to the Cougar stick for the USB connection. But what I did is remove the stick from the base and put the base in the corner out of the way. DCS will map the functions to both sticks but you can very easily delete the functions to the Cougar stick. The reason I am not using the Cougar stick is because the springs for the x and y axis are shot and its very sloppy. The Warthog stick works a lot better. When I want to fly the Hornet or Hawg, all I have to do is swap out the throttle. I did buy the TUSBA adapter, but none of the buttons would work, something with my setup. I'll address that one day.
  3. Just an update. I followed what Rudel did and I had success. My microstick works as advertised. I had to invert the Y axis because the direction was opposite of the microstick, but very happy. When I was assigning the microstick, I was getting the same key for both x and y axis. It took me a few minutes to figure out that if you dont hit the sweet spot on the microstick, you will activate both x and y axis. So I moved the X axis to assign the key and for the y axis, I used the key/button drop down menu and picked the key. I went to the F16 to test and it all works. I even assigned the manual range knob but I don't think this is presently active in the game. So here are my assignments. My ANT ELEV knob is different then Rudels, but every other assignment is the same. But make sure your HOTAS CCP is set up the same as Rudels example, so Windows and DCS sees the microstick. ANT ELEV Knob: JOY_RX MAN RNG Knob: JOY_SLIDER1 RDR CURSOR Switch - X axis: JOY_RZ RDR CURSOR Switch - Y axis: JOY_SLIDER2 Hope this helps anyone trying to get their Cougar microstick working.
  4. I am following this thread as I am kinda dealing with the same issue. I have been able to get one access working on the microstick but not the other. My HOTAS CCP axes are set up the same way as Rudel. One thing I did notice is Rudels Button and Axis Emulation is On in the HOTAS CCP. Mine will not allow me to turn it on in the control panel, but I can in the CCP viewer. I do not know if this has anything to do with it working or not working in the game. I was trying to have everything emulate what he has on the CCP. I will go back and see if I can set up game controls to how Rudel has his game.
