No fix here. This is what my FPS is doing every 5-10 seconds.

Tried everything here and more, no luck. I get a smooth 90 FPS except for when it stutters every 5 seconds or so.

Is there any way to remove or stop the high-level cirrus clouds from disappearing and reappearing every 3 to 5 minutes?

Hi all, Cirrus clouds have always been a real immersion killer for me as they seem to fade in and out at roughly 3-5 minute intervals. I found the cirrus.fx file that controls their behavior, but I have only been successful in disabling them. I'd like to figure out how to get them to stick around much longer.
