Am on Open Beta 2.7.17.29140 and experiencing the same, long loading time and VR blacks out about every 20 seconds. Other campaigns are working OK. Ran repair and tried deleting and reloading the campaign, no luck. Will try going back to 2.7.16.28157 and see what happens. Can confirm the campaign works going back to 2.7.16.28517.
