First I would like to thank you two for at least replying and trying to help me. I’m sorry if offence was taken. But the sad thing is to get any kind of answer this is what I’ve had to resort to. I have left emails with every email address listed on this web site. I have posted nicely in the customer service forum. All I want is the simple common courtesy of sir I’m sorry you are having problems we will look in to it and get back with you as soon as possible. I can’t even get that. Whatever happened to customer service, my first message was quite nice see the post titled “when will my cd ship” it sat for two days without answer, now going on three. So yes my tone is a little testy for that I’m sorry. So could someone please tell me where my product is? As far as did I purchase a downloadable version see below. I ordered this on 8/17/2009.
