Any ideas how long it typically takes to hear back? I don't want to badger them but I was expecting to have heard something by now. I'm not thrilled that I've bought a product I can't even use and would like to get this rectified as soon as possible.

Well, I sent an e-mail yesterday explaining the situation and sent pics but I guess no one is home (err, in the office) on the weekend. Here's hoping I hear something soon as I'm really looking forward to tackling this sim.:thumbup:

Greetings gents... I bought DCS: Black Shark from Amazon.com and it arrived yesterday. I have the software installed, however it tells me I need to activate the product using the serial number printed on the back of the manual. The problem is, there is no serial number printed there. What gives? How am I supposed to proceed?
