Ok first let me say sorry if this has been asked a million times. A quick search on google has not been as productive as I thought.
I have been a PC gamer forever and made the plung into VR and DCS. OMG this is awesome. I am so envious of you guys that have been playing this for the last year and blow me out of the sky in a few seconds. I feel so behind right now.
First time user to HOTAS (working though that with the Grimreaper videos thanks guys)
Frist time user to VR
First time user to DCS (watching countless youtube videos).
This learning curve is massive. not so much a curve as a straight up line pointing north.
With all that being said here comes the dumb questions.
1. I can only click on stuff with either the mouse or the oculus controller. how do I map that to a hotas button. I cant find the left mouse button in the control mappings. Where is that at under controls. I see mouse button 3-4 but no mouse button 1. I just want to map a button on my hotas to click on stuff on the cockpit so I can retire my mouse
2. I am finding with VR I cant divorce my self from the VR controllers. I have to reset my view every time I start DCS so i am positioned correctly in the cockpit. Is there a way to map that to a hotas button so i can just play DCS without ever having to touch my oculus controllers?
