The problem is resolved in this form: 1 Install BS from scrtch, a clean installation 2 Change the regional settings to English United Kingdon if the version 1 is in english 3 Install the patch 1.01b on the version 1 This is all. When you want play the simulation the regional settings must be changed. Then when you exit the program you can change the regional settings to your cuntry. This is a little pain but works till the new patch arrives!

Hello This problem is tetected in my installation on Windows XP 32 bits but inthe version 1.01 after the patch was aplicated. In the version 1 there is no problem. I can supossed that with the last versions of windows (SP3 or Windows 7) the patch 1.01b installation can have this problem. Sorry by my english. I'm waiting for a new release of the patch or a hot fix Ruski

I have the same problem esctly! I installed patch 1.0.1b over version 1 (both english and version 1 is the downloaded version). The version 1 worked fine but the 1.0.1b in the settings option fail! no option for configuration keyboard or joy! The solution for now is desistall the program and reinstall version 1 The patch has a big bug!!
