Ok i know some of you have had the same problem so this is what i found. I installed Windows 7 for the second time in 2 days due to problems with my Creative fatality drivers. After also having trouble with my lockon install i decided to take notes as i went through the install. After loading the Lockon disc from the Lockon Gold pack i checked the desktop shorcut properties and they were as they should be "C:\Games\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\LockOn.exe" I then loaded the second disc "Flaming Cliffs". After the install i checked the path again only this time its had changed to "C:\Games\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\LockOn.bat". This i why i've been having problems. I unisntalled and then d/l'd Flaming Cliifs from Lockon.ru and the path stayed as it should and was able to install the 3GO Su27 with the installer. I know you are probably saying that it could be isntalled manually, yes it could and i did but i was still getting other issues with the likes of Lockon CFG Utilty due to the lockon.bat error. Hope this clears up the issue for anyone else having this problem S!

I've tried everything, i'm running a whole new OS Windows 7 and all is fresh and new. Cant run Lockon config either as that looks for lockon.bat as well. Strangely enough another member of my squad is using Lockon Gold and is having the same trouble.

So why does it keep looking for it?

I've tried and tried to install this and no matter what i do i keep getting the same error. I was using XP and now switched to Windows 7 so thought it would work this time but no. When i start the exe file it gets so far and then bugs out with the following error Cannot open file"C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\lockon.bat\config\graphics.cfg". The system cannot find the path specified. Now why am i always getting that error and why is it looking for lockon.bat? I can't even find it???? I'm running Lockon Gold that came with the Flaming Cliffs cd, is there a compatablilty issue with that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. S!
