  2. No email with serial has arived yet Hello, I am writing again because no emails about my activation serial have arrived. I re-sent my email using a different email address in hopes to get a responce if a spam blocker is causing a problem. I forwarded it to both the old and new activation email addresses. I hope this helps get the issue solved. Thank you
  3. Thank you for your responce. I did not turn on the filter it was a default setting but it is off now, also the spam log only holds 3 days worth so any emails are long gone. I will be happy to wait 3 or 4 days to hear anything due to weekend etc... Thank you

  5. Hello, :helpsmilie: My retail DCS Black Shark game from Amazon.com does not have an activation serial printed on the back cover. I know another person has had the same issue and was able to get a serial by contacting the support email address, so I sent an email with photos showing manual and packing slip to the tech support email about 5 days ago but have had no response. Any advice on how i can get help to get a activation serial. Thank you
