I think I found a solution! Recommended here: Everytime i die and respawn in VR my game BSoDs inside of the vr headset. : hoggit (reddit.com) Try to deactivate Hardware GPU scheduling (Settings - Display - Graphics - Change default graphic settings - Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling - OFF). Crash was fix in a test run for me, I keep testing it for now.

I have the except same config as OP, except of a plebeian 3080 (no TI) and the exact same issue with the Open beta
