[ALREADY REPORTED]Exhaust nozzle strange behaviour during startup

I spotted that F-16's exhaust nozzle changes position way too fast during engine startup.

10 seconds after ignition it goes from 100% to 0% in like 1/4 of a second.

23 seconds after ignition it blinks one time even faster.

After that engine starts torching afterburner - but i've seen that this has been reported already... so just mentioning it here.
