Starting in the air: (not all) cockpit systems properly initialized

The aircraft remembers certain settings that were made in a previous mission, even if you have completely quit that previous mission (i.e. returned to DCS main screen).

What I did:

- created a tiny test mission in the ME, starting in the air

- fiddled around with PCA and PPA

- quit that mission, quit the debriefing screen and also quit the mission editor - ending up at the DCS main screen

- went back to the ME, the test misssion was still loaded

- started the mission

- when in the cockpit, my settings of the PPA and also the radar (radar range settings) were as I left them before
