Overexposed?

Does anyone know why this might be happening... I keep running into this issue where the game looks like a photo that's been overexposed.

I don't change any settings to cause this, it just happens on it's own and goes away when I exit the mission and restart. It seems to happen every couple of missions I try to fly.

Same here. Also when in the editor, the preview screen that shows what you are selecting is blown out too, but not for all items? Pretty random.
