Crashes Win7-64

I am experiencing some strange crashes before and after patch.

Both in FC2 as well as DCS. I can run for 5 mins but also for 2 hours. Play mostly MP on 104th server. Screen goes black, PC crashes ?

Then have to reboot.

All temperatures are good, CPU as well GPU. Memory is fine, tested it also. Did stress test on Video card too.

Spec:

Win 7-64

12 Gb RAM

GTX 285

Have not yet had a crash in sp but normally don't play sp long.
