CA does not mark scores

When you command a land vehicle, you can kill any unit and the server does not score. Neither positive nor negative.

Consequence: this becomes a paradise for teamkillers

Now you can not even put air defense units in your own base, because there comes a funny fellow and begins to break down with impunity. :doh:
