Unwanted Message at Bootup

I recently purchased Lockon Flaming Cliffs (download version). I uninstalled my old Lockon 1.02, deleted the remaining folders after the uninstall,

Then reinstalled Lockon clean and added the downloaded Flaming Cliffs as per recommendations. Everything has gone sweetly except I am getting a Select a program to start Register Lockon message with every computer bootup. Could anyone advise how I might remove or disable this?

Huh. Strange. For starters, try this:

Copy whatever .exe this Register Lock-On wants to run, then make an empty file and give it the same name. With .exe-extension, of course.

I don't know what could have caused it, though.

From the start menu select run. Type in "regedit"

 

Browse to : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and delete the entry which points to the registration executable.

also, goto run, type msconfig, and then goto startup tab, then untick the problem program and it wont boot up next time you boot windows.
