Su 27 skin in 1.2.8.open beta version

Hello.

I would like to do skin for the Su 27.I do not want to do any major change.

 

I want to remove the red star and the emblems of the Russian Air Force and put a tag of another state.

I see on the forum that with the changing versions of the game can lead to changes in ways of installing skins.Can I take template skin for Su 27,downloaded from digitalcombatsimulator.com,is it still compatible with 1.2.8. open beta?

I see skins at bazar/liveries folder.Is that the right folder?

Do I need to replace one of the existing ones, or I can add a new folder with my skin?

And what all I have to do to complite this?
