FPS stability in 1.2.8

I've had this in my autoexec.cfg and it works great. I keep at 30 normally but raise it to 120 for testing and it works fine.

 

options.graphics.maxfps = 30

 

 

This works for me too but ONLY with sweetFX :huh::huh:

 

If i disable sweetfx, fps get wild :noexpression:

I have tried this except with 60 and it does not work. It did in 1.27. I have ran a repair install, remade the file, and checked folder/file permissions for the file as well and its like it is ignored.

 

That is quite strange. Mine works with/without SweetFx. Might be related to the FPS issues but don't know why.
