Embark/Disembark for a player flight with AI wingman

I have made this simple mission.

 

I have a flight consisting of 2 Mi-8 where no.1 is player controlled and no. 2 is AI.

 

They start from a FARP where they pickup up 8 troops each.

 

This part works Ok.

 

But once I reach the disembark spot a few minutes flight to the north at the lightstower, it´s only possible for me as the player to disembark my troops.

The AI wingman lands close to my position, but he does not disembark his troops.
