Max Flight stick setup help

My max flight stick rudder axis is reversed. When I swap axis for the rudder ALL axis get swapped. Rudder axis is the only one that is backwards. Is there a way to swap axis for rudder only and not affect the other axis?

You swap the axis in DCS? That should normally only affect the respective axis ...

Yes, in DCS. After I swapped the rudder axis, I checked the other and all were swapped. I unswapped the rudder axis only and when checked the others were also unswapped.
