Rotation Knobs going from 0% to 100%

I was just curious if anyone else noticed the behavior with any rotation knobs. Normally I would click and drag a rotation knob (cockpit lighting in the A-10C for example) and it would smoothly go from off to 100% bright. Now though, when I click and drag, it skips to 100% first. Then I can smoothly drag it back and forth.

 

I was just curious if anyone else was experiencing this.

Yes, it happened recently. I know it was mentioned already by someone else but I don't know if it is fixed internally. Really annoying bug.
