Can I do this with my own account? I already have a licence key for Black Shark 2, Can I buy a second license and then send the key to him?

I did in this way: I purchased a module with my account and did bind the module on his name. That's it.

 

Enter "Personal Section" > "Licensing", type serial number and request information. You'll see "Bind to another user" box. Type your friend's username carefully.
