Problem deleteing CC-1.diff.lua file in SU-25T

I remapped my Control Commands but when I tried to save my setting as CG-5 the file CG-1.diff.lua was in the window and showed "This file already exist". I tried for hours to delete

It with no success. Would someone tell me how I can delete a .diff.lua file ?
