How to fly more efficient?

Hey guys!

 

I need some tips like ideal cruise altitude, cruising speed, ideal RPM settings.

If am right this turbo jet engine is similar to the engines on SU-25 so it is not as fuel efficient as turbofan engines. I have no problems to fly this thing but still i am burning too much fuel so any advices are welcome :thumbup:

Short answer is fly higher - 7-8-9-10000+ m and do not use the afterburner much.

 

There are some details in the manual describing best cruise speed/alt and also best endurance.
