Cant Update to 10.32582

Hi there

I am having difficulties in updating to 10.32582 latest update.

 

I have tried the update via the Run / CMD command, that's seems to go ok.

 

However the download is painfully slow (low single digit kb/s) but then hits a snag early on with "Unknown HTTP error" and stops.

 

Has anyone got any advice to resolve this?

Would greatly appreciate your assistance.
