Fix for some TIR/Zoom problems

I had been struggling with this issue for a while, and thought I'd post my solution.

 

Problem: On some FC3 aircraft, the view is too zoomed in and the zoom slider doesn't work.

 

Solution: The TIR's default bindings are wrong. TIR Z axis is bound to zoom view, where as it should be bound to view forward/backward (up with the rest of the TIR assignments on the Axis page)
