Would like Kneeboard support for CA units

It would be great to have kneeboard support and a Lua API for the kneeboard in Combined Arms.

Location of group members.

Waypoints.

Tasks.

Fire missions.

Targets/threats shared via datalink.

ROE instructions

Loadout and current ammunition levels

Waypoint for re-arming
