beriosa range ring

Well I dont understand well how the ring range work on a beriosa. I remeber one of the training tracks of ironhand and talk about it and also estimate the km range to the target. in the case of a F 15 or and SU 27 how many every dash mean ?

 

I remember that i saw a post here with that info but i did not find it. Please if any body knows that post please!
