[Reported] F-15C External Tanks have no fuel in them

In the meantime stay out of After Burner in those Eagles! ;)

Hey Maverick just witnessed this one the other day. I was wondering if this was in response to the fix of the air refueling bug. It appears refueling no longer gives unlimited fuel.
