For what it's worth, the manual suggests that the ailerons should droop with flap extension:

 

 

[...] the Bf 109 includes advanced high-lift devices on the wings, including automatically-opening leading edge slats, and fairly large camber-changing flaps on the trailing edge. The slats increase the lift of the wing considerably when deployed, greatly improving horizontal maneuverability. The 109 also includes ailerons that droop when the flaps are lowered, thereby increasing effective flap area. When deployed, these devices effectively increase the wings' coefficient of lift.

 

As Siegfried noted, this doesn't seem to be represented in DCS; however, after some cursory research, it looks like only the E series used this system and that it was discarded on later variants. If so, then the behavior is accurately modeled in DCS and the manual is slightly misleading.

 

Either way, if anyone has any more definitive sources, please share!

I see that the ailerons don't move down with the flaps. I think that is a feature of all Bf109s. Or maybe I am wrong. Or maybe is WiP.

 

I have corrected the post because I found information about this feature commenting by Siegfried.

Bf-109 from prototype to E series, was equiped with "aileron drop", that feature works quite similar to Junker flaperons.
