Mrgud Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 I love to increase immersion of my missions by adding some static objects and sometimes just fly around that "little sceneries". But when I create mission using a rampstart and I want that my plane is one in a row, I click on my plane, rampstart, parking number and the plane is placed. But to make a row of static planes, I have to place them shifted some 15 meter in front of my plane. Does anybody knows why it happens? See below: Also, when I copy-paste a soldier for example, pasted soldier doesn't appear under my mouse cursor but shifted that exact distance (some 15 meters). Other times it is OK. Also, it would be very, very helpful if we could see 3D environment when placing objects in mission editor (like in IL-2 mission editor). Now, I have to start my mission many times and make little adjustments to create a simple scenario (soldier standing by the landing zone at FARP) - and it takes time... For example: Is there any help with that problem?
FSFIan Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 I assume you don't know about DCS Witchcraft yet :) Watch this video to see how it works. This is the announcement thread. DCS-BIOS | How to export CMSP, RWR, etc. through MonitorSetup.lua
Mrgud Posted December 30, 2014 Author Posted December 30, 2014 (edited) This is excellent! A little bit complicate to understand from my perspective (I'm not a programmer and don't know anything about lua scripts) but I surely will give it a try. Just one question; can other device be android tablet? (because I don't have another computer). EDIT: We can continue conversation in your thread. Edited December 30, 2014 by Mrgud
