Raven_Morpheus Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 Hello I run 2 monitors, however they're 2 different sizes and native resolutions. One monitor (secondary) is a portrait monitor at 900x1440. The other monitor (primary) is a 1920x1080 monitor. Is there a way I can size the two monitors in Windows so that the combined area of both is only 1920x1080 and then obviously use that resolution in DCS World and still have multi-monitor output?
tommytank Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 (edited) Think it depends on your graphics card/driver - I've set my two monitors as 'extended display' within windows and DCS already sees this as a single display - rightclick on your desktop and click on screen resolution - under multiple displays, set it to "extend these displays". I have an AMD Radeon - the AMD control centre has an option to make the two screens a single display, and also allows you to scroll up/down either display to align the image. I've had a bit of a play with this, but didn't get the results I wanted without swapping the panels over, so reverted to my original settings. & surely to maximise the display, don't you want a setup that gives you 2820 x 1080, or something like that? DCS sees mine as 2960x1050. Edited January 25, 2015 by tommytank
