I've been doing quite a bit of practise with cluster bombs and the KGMU dispensers recently (I wrote a small training mission available here: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1250711/ )

Am I correct in thinking that it's not possible to adjust the burst altitude of Russian cluster bombs? By observation it seems that the only means of adjusting the area of coverage is to adjust the release altitude, suggesting that the fusing system is a simple timer rather than being programmable like some of the NATO cluster bombs.

Is there some sort of table showing sub-munition coverage as a function of release altitude somewhere?

System Spec: Cooler Master Cosmos C700P Black Edition case. | AMD 5950X CPU | MSI RTX-3090 GPU | 32GB HyperX Predator PC4000 RAM | | TM Warthog stick & throttle | TrackIR 5 | Samsung 980 Pro NVMe 4 SSD 1TB (boot) | Samsung 870 QVO SSD 4TB (games) | Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

Personal wish list: DCS: Su-27SM & DCS: Avro Vulcan.

It is quite plausible that the RBK can't be reprogrammed in flight.

However, this is also an issue with the FC3 level of modelling. The A-10A suffers from a similar problem. There is no way to set the release parametres in the loadout screen prior to take-off either!
