Enabling Views in MP Track Playbacks

I want to playback an MP session track file. I can get it started after a bit, but the F2 outside view is not functioning. The server on which I was flying had that option disabled. So it seems to be an option that carried over into the track file.

 

Is there a way to re-enable the F2 (and other F-views) so I might get a better idea of that session's events?
