Flex sight not working Multiplayer

Would like help or suggestions please.. I disabled then enabled track Ir aiming and auto pilot for Regular DCS ( the whole restart program thing) It works fine, but when I go to multiplayer servers it won't work.

I don't get any autopilot , mouse aiming or Track Ir aiming capabilities.

The guns just shoot straight ahead, my Track Ir looks around fine.

Tried ALt C. and pausing track IR and nothing either. and other players in same arena have no issues.
