Bf 109 K-4 module crash at exit

My Bf 109 module crashes at exit every time.

It freezes at the menu screen when choosing "Quit Game".

 

Edit:

After more tests it seems that this crash only occurs after my having to Alt-Tab out of the black screen problem I have reported elsewhere.

If I have not had black screen and Alt-Tab I can exit normally.

As mentioned in my post in Video Card Issues, I believe I have found a fix for this problem.

 

When the window "freezes" it seems it has simply lost focus.

 

By going to "Task Manager" and choose "Switch To" on DCS, one can now click "Exit" and get to the debriefing screen as normal.

 

Edit:

The Task Manager solution does not work any longer.

Instead I have used the solution shown here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=148786

This seems to work.
