Not Responding to Keyboard

I seem to be having an issue where key commands simply drop. Example, I'll press F2 to change view, but nothing happens. I'll need to press the button again or possibly a third time rarely. It is completely random as far as I can tell. So far it's shown itself when changing views, trying to pause, and possibly when locking on.
