Cannot Reply to Thread

[Exorcet]

I can't reply to threads in the DCSW Bugs and Problems section (the old one, not 1.5)

 

I get the message:

And do not see a text box to enter a comment below a thread. I noticed that a new topic was recently merged into one of the threads I wanted to reply to, so it does not seem like this part of the site is being taken offline or anything. I am just confused and don't know if this is intentional or not.
