Exorcet Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Watching Wag's 10/4 DCS update video, he mentioned that creating training mode for AI where they would not use live weapons posed some challenges. I wonder if the devs have considered a bit of a compromise in just hiding missile models, smoke, and explosions, using the immortal feature, and using triggers to change aircraft behavior upon being hit. This would allow DCS to basically run as usual, but avoid looking like training was occurring with live weapons.
