Shiny skins for other aircrafts?

I'm wondering if "skin makers" can make some shiny liveries (Like those awesome for F-86s) for other aircrafts like A-10 or F-15? :book:

So its even possible? Or model materials are set permanently for each aircraft?

 

(Yeah I do understand that there is no purpose for shiny Su-27s... but those screenshots... mmm SEXY ):smartass:
