hello or maybe someone with fellow knows how to turn on the emergency generator which is located underneath the hull and what is it used?

Generator hidden under the hull in L-39 Albatros

 

If your talking about the ram air turbine (RAT) it can be extended with one of the red levers on the right side of he cockpit (I think it's the 3rd from the left) and it's used to power basic flight instruments and restart the engine if it flames out.

Thanks Silent Gun Check back later if it is the lever of the generator after praej or change your ") generator is located exactly on the right side of the hull on the chassis

Could you explain that a little better?

 

the "generator" I'm talking about is this, the RAT:

which is activated manually with the third red lever from the left in the back right side of the cockpit:

or it will come out automatically when the engine isn't providing enough power to the electrical systems in flight (engine flameout)

 

(P.S. I'm using the NX63MX livery for my l-39)
