I built a new system which includes a i5 6600K on a ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming mainboard.

My idea was to plug my old 17" display into the VGA port to use the internal gpu of the i5 processor to display the exported MFDs. Somehow I can't get the display to work, although I enabled the internal GPU in the UEFI. Any ideas? Or is it even impossible to use "both" graphic adapters at the same time?

Plugging the 17" display into the main graphics card worked but I wanted to take some load of the GTX 970

EDIT:

Fixed the problem by initiating the integrated gpu as first device in the UEFI.
