In case of missing hydraulic pressure the correct procedure is to first pull the landing gear lever, which removes a mechanical lock from the wheels, second to pull the Emergency Release handle, which releases the lock of the fairing doors. The gear should now fall down of its own weight and needs to be locked manually by rocking.

Whereas the procedure seems to work correctly for the left and right wheel the fairing door of the tail wheel seems to keep being locked if there is no hydraulic pressure left. This happens when removing hydraulic pressure with the failure option in the mission editor as well as with just using the emergency release handle that also releases the pressure.

In short: It's impossible (at least for me) to extend the tail-wheel when having no hydraulic pressure.

I attached a track that demonstrates the issue. I'm currently playing the OpenAlpha, I've also found a thread from 2012 which describes a similar problem.
