Ok, hello. I'm new here. I see nothing related to "New People Go Here". Could someone point me in the right direction as to why I can't log in, change my password without some kind of string code that I do not have, or play the sim.

Is it asking you for an Activation code? If it is it will be in an email sent to you when you bought the sim. You can also find it on your buying history in your profile on the main Eagle Dynamics website here:
