Left Shift+R = Reauthorize Nevada scenery?

So I'm just now dipping my toe into the Open Alpha 2.0 working with the UH-1H Huey.

 

One of the first steps to starting the Huey is to set the Phase Switch to AC which is bound to the keyboard command Left Shift+R, however when I enter these keys I am instead taken out of the mission to a new screen requesting that I authorize the Nevada scenery, which of course I have already done. When I exit the authorization screen and restart the Huey mission key bindings no longer seem to work properly, requiring me to completely restart DCS World.

 

According to the Huey Controls screen Left Shift+R is still bound to setting the Phase Switch to AC.

Same here with an F-15 eagle. I changed keys layout to allocate "RWR mode change" to Left Shift +R , instead of the previous "mission restart". And it gives me a black screen with a small window requiring Nevada Reactivation. Weird.

Keyboard layout is locked that way I think...
